The human being and the illusion of always wanting to appear perfect, obsessively looking for one's favorite "dress", the most beautiful one that the market offers. Let yourself be overwhelmed by your own image until you are hypnotized by the sneaky charm of technology, television information and social media, becoming clones of yourself! But are we really this? And if not, break free, explode, find YOURSELF!

WHEN I WAS IN STOCKHOLM is a solo that comes from my personal and direct experience. The focus of my research is the rite of transformation, intended as a change of both emotional and physical state. It comes from a state of personal suffering, that suffering that comes from not feeling suitable, fast, perfect, as society would like. I started by asking myself some questions about the freedom of the individual, both in the social and political sphere, and from here I began to implement a transformation, an affirmation of my identity. “Imagine a body, dismembered of its soul and which, in order to survive, adapts to its surroundings, follows its rules, takes its shape, almost completely forgetting its own. Imagine a timeless time, imagine an intimate strength, a solitary and silent resistance. You will seem to see an animal wrapped in its Batesian mimicry, which slowly, with the succession of events, sheds its skin, until it finds its color. " Precision, transformation, and freedom are the key words to introduce the public to the work.
