DANCEHAUSpiù is the Milan-based National Centre for Dance Production founded and directed since 2011 by Susanna Beltrami, Matteo Bittante and Annamaria Onetti. The DANCEHAUSpiù project is supported for the three-year period 2022-2024 by the MIC, the Lombardy Region and the Municipality of Milan.

For the 2023 season, DANCEHAUSpiù is looking for 2 dancers and 1 dancer for the new production "After Echos" by James Pett and Travis Clausen-Knight, with the possibility of being included in subsequent creations and repertory performances by DANCEHAUSpiù's resident and associated artists.

​

James Pett and Travis Clausen-Knight are British dancers and choreographers who began their collaboration during their long period of work with the Wayne McGregor Company. Having performed in some of the world's most prestigious theatres and with some of the biggest names in contemporary dance in the UK, they have been working together as co-creators of their performances since 2014. In 2021 they formed their own company Pett | Clausen-Knight.

Requirements:

- excellent classical and contemporary technique
- excellent improvisation and instant composition skills
- at least 2 years of experience in professional companies
- preferably residence/domicile within a radius of 150 km from Milan

Work period:
Availability is requested for an indicative trial period from 25 March to 6 May 2023, for the 6 May debut within the programming of Exister, a dance season, and for subsequent performances to be determined.
